In September I started to go on boxing training and still improve my boxing skills. Usually I go to boxing twice a week. At the begging was hard to motivate myself because after the summer I was relaxed and unbalanced. But now I am happy that I chose this sport because it helps my release my energy, relax minds, promote self-confidence. Also, I proud of myself because I learned some twists of the wrist which could be useful for protection. Anyway, despite boxing advantages I still sometimes miss training because of time shortage.
